While my professional background maybe in finance. My heart beats for the art of cooking. Today, I am excited to share the beauty of Vietnamese cuisine with you, using the skills I've taught myself along the way. From the crackle of our freshly baked banh mi baguettes to the soul-warming embrace of our northen style Hanoi beef pho, every dish is a label of love and a celebration of our rich culinary heritage.
